I basically trust anything that comes from Cleveland clinic. Especially after spending lengthy periods of time there. It is actually where I heard about my favorite salad. Kale, spinach, wild rice, cucumber, pomegranate (mandarin oranges are good too) chicken, slivered almonds and half a lemon squeezed over the top.

Nothing in the world makes me feel quite as ridiculous as doing Zumba. It’s worth it for the laughs and the burn though! (In the privacy of my own home that is)

It was a shorty today, I did Insanity Cardio Abs and Zumba 20 minute express workout. I feel like such a rebel using my DVDs outside of the program!

Fun fact though- Insanity is like, the one thing I could ever stick to. Wtg beachbody!

Hi guys, it’s been a while

Thanks for continuing to follow me! If you do, it’s probably only because you didn’t notice that I haven’t posted in a while. Regardless, thanks!

School is starting back up again, and the spirit has moved me to start a new workout regimen. It’s one I made up, and I’m calling it the “do something every day BEFORE class system” and will consist of me picking one workout from the several workout DVDs I have. A mix and match if you will.

My first class is at 9 MWF, so I’ll be conditioning myself to get up early enough to workout, eat a good breakfast, and get to school by then.

The workouts I will be choosing from are from the following programs:

Insanity
DWTS Latin Cardio Dance
Zumba
10 minute Pilates
Some random yoga/Pilates DVD (idk where it came from)

I’ll also be working on those things in the goals tab.
