School is starting back up again, and the spirit has moved me to start a new workout regimen. It’s one I made up, and I’m calling it the “do something every day BEFORE class system” and will consist of me picking one workout from the several workout DVDs I have. A mix and match if you will.
My first class is at 9 MWF, so I’ll be conditioning myself to get up early enough to workout, eat a good breakfast, and get to school by then.
The workouts I will be choosing from are from the following programs:
DWTS Latin Cardio Dance
10 minute Pilates
Some random yoga/Pilates DVD (idk where it came from)
I’ll also be working on those things in the goals tab.
